One of my all time comfort foods has always been chicken pot pie. So many delicious flavors stuffed inside a warm, crispy, and crunchy shell. This time we are adding a twist to the classic dish. Trust me when I say I literally made it the next day and could not be more in love and obsessed with how this dish came out.
Total time: 35 minutes
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1 rotisserie chicken - shredded
2 15oz cans mixed peas and carrots
2 10oz cans of cream of chicken soup
1 box prepared stuffing - I use stove top
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare and cook your stuffing according to the box. Set to the side
Shred your chicken. I prefer using either a hand mixer or a ziplock bag and rolling it back and forth using light to medium pressure. Or you can use a fork, whatever you prefer.
In a greased 9x13 baking dish add your chicken, vegetables, soup, and seasonings and combine all the ingredients.
Top your dish with the stuffing, making sure to evenly cover the chicken mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
