Homemade Hummus

Total time: 5 minutes

Serving size: 5

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz can chickpeas

  • 2 cloves garlic - minced

  • 1 tbs lemon juice

  • 3 tbs olive oil

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 2 tbs tajin

Directions:

  1. Drain and rinse your chickpeas

  2. In a food processor or blender add all of your ingredients (except the water).

  3. Blend to combine. Add a little bit of water as you go. This will help the hummus before come and creamy.

  4. Scrape the sides to make sure every bit gets combined.

  5. Make sure to taste as you go and add anything you think necessary.

  6. Place into a bowl. Feel free to add oil and extra seasonings to the top of the hummus and serve.
