Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 rotisserie chicken (shredded)

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temp)

  • 8 oz cheddar cheese (shredded)

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce ( I use Franks, but use whatever you desire)

  • 1 tsp garlic

  • 4 tsp butter

  • Ranch dressing

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350.

  2. In a pan, sauté your chicken with butter and garlic.

  3. In a large bowl, combine all of your ingredients (only 1 1/2 cup cheese). Mix everything until completely combined.

  4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish, topping with the remaining cheese. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top.

  5. Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Broil for 5 until the cheese is golden brown.

  6. Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!
