Brie Cranberry Bites

Ingredients:
8 oz wheel of brie ( you can also use a log of brie if that is easier)
1/2 can cranberry sauce
1 puff pastry sheet (thawed)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
With a rolling pin, roll your puff pastry out. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the pastry dough into 12 separate squares.
Grease a muffin or cupcake tin and place the squares into the tin.
Cut your brie into 12 separate pieces and place onto the dough.
Using a spoon, add 1 - 2 tsps of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
Place in the oven and bake for 12 - 15 minutes until cheese is melted, and the pastry is nice and golden brown.
Let cook for 5 minutes and enjoy!
