Brie Cranberry Bites

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz wheel of brie ( you can also use a log of brie if that is easier)

  • 1/2 can cranberry sauce

  • 1 puff pastry sheet (thawed)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. With a rolling pin, roll your puff pastry out. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the pastry dough into 12 separate squares.

  3. Grease a muffin or cupcake tin and place the squares into the tin.

  4. Cut your brie into 12 separate pieces and place onto the dough.

  5. Using a spoon, add 1 - 2 tsps of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.

  6. Place in the oven and bake for 12 - 15 minutes until cheese is melted, and the pastry is nice and golden brown.

  7. Let cook for 5 minutes and enjoy!
