Blueberry Chia Seed Jam

Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint of blueberries

  • 3 tbs agave

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

  • 2 tbs chia seeds

  • 1 tbs sugar

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat add in your blueberries.

  2. Add in your vanilla, agave, and sugar.

  3. Allow your blueberries to cook and pop. This will take about 8 minutes.

  4. Once all of your blueberries pop, lower you heat to low and add in your chia seeds. Mix until both are combines.

  5. Allow the jam to cool before transferring in a jar.

  6. Top on your favorite bread and enjoy!
