Blueberry Chia Seed Jam
Total time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 pint of blueberries
3 tbs agave
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs sugar
Directions:
In a small saucepan over medium heat add in your blueberries.
Add in your vanilla, agave, and sugar.
Allow your blueberries to cook and pop. This will take about 8 minutes.
Once all of your blueberries pop, lower you heat to low and add in your chia seeds. Mix until both are combines.
Allow the jam to cool before transferring in a jar.
Top on your favorite bread and enjoy!
