Simple Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup unsalted melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease your muffin tin.
In a large bowl, whisk together your egg, milk, vanilla, and melted butter until combined.
Next add in the sugars and whisk that together.
Add in your flour, salt, baking soda, and mix. Be sure not to over-mix, you want to make sure everything is evenly combines and there are no clumps or lumps.
Finally fold in your blueberries.
Using an ice cream scooper or spoon, evenly distribute your muffin mix into your tins. This mixture should make 12 muffins.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
