Honey Glazed Salmon with Lemon Parmesan Orzo

Ingredients:
2 salmon filets
1/3 cup honey
1 tbs lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups chicken broth
2 tbs lemon
1 cup orzo
1/3 cup parmesan
Directions:
In a small sauce pan, on medium heat bring your chicken broth to a boil.
In a bowl combine the honey, lemon, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon into the bowl and coat the salmon in the honey mixture. Make sure every inch of the salmon pieces are covered.
Place your salmon on a piece of tin foil. Make sure you spray it so your salmon does not stick to the foil. Air fry your salmon on 400 for 8 - 10 minutes or until the middle of the salmon is cooked. If you donβt have an air fryer bake your salmon in the oven.
While your salmon is cooking, your broth should be boiling by now. Add in your cup of orzo and cook for 9 minutes.
Once your orzo is cooked, strain and add back to the pot. Add in your lemon juice and parmesan. Mix until combined.
Plate your salmon and orzo. Pair with any other sides and enjoy!
