Tropical Banana Smoothie Bowl

If you’re looking for something quick, easy, and refreshing look no further than this delicious smoothie bowl. The thing I love most about smoothie bowls is how versatile they can be and how creative you’re able to be. Let your imagination take over and create the best smoothie bowls at home.

Total time: 5 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk - which ever milk you prefer

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup frozen fruit

  • 1 scoop protein (TOTALLY OPTIONAL - I personally like to add a protein powder but again it is completely optional).

  • 1 tbs peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit (I used blueberries)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender add the milk, banana, protein, and frozen fruit. Blend until everything is combined and the mixture is thick. If the smoothie is not thick enough feel free to add more fruit or ice.

  2. In a small bowl add the peanut butter and melt in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.

  3. In a medium size bowl, add your smoothie. Top with oats, chocolate chips, fresh fruit, and peanut butter. Add any other toppings or substitute toppings for whatever your heart desires. Remember the options are endless.
