Noodle Kugel

Ingredients:
16 oz bag egg noodles
6 eggs
1 pound cottage cheese
1 pint sour cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 stick butter - melted
1/2 cup raisins - optional but SOO good
Cinnamon
Oil
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 35o.
In a large pot, bring water to a boil making sure to add oil and salt. Cook your noodles until al dente, drain and set aside.
In a large bowl whisk your eggs, add in your cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and butter.
Add in your noodles and mix everything until combined.
Add in your raisins and fold together.
Grease a large baking dish. Add in your noodle mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon all over the top making sure to cover the entire surface.
Bake in the oven for one hour. Everything should be crispy and the edges should be bubbling.
